Once the Aadhaar Officials visits your home to enroll the Physically Disabled person.

#7. Submit the form with supported documents of bedridden person to enrolment officer.

#8. Then Aadhar Enrollment Operator will do verification of documents.

#9. After that, he will start uploading the details which you mentioned in the form.

#10. Once successfully entering your demographic data, the operator will proceed with biometric capture.

#11. After that, you will be asked to check your details.

Once your enrollment is successfully finished you will be handed over an  Acknowledgement slip which you will have to keep it with you for safely until you receive your Orginal Aadhaar Card through Post.
